All Roads Lead to Amber

Green eyes, black hair, dressed in black and silver, yes. I had on a cloak and it was slightly furled as by a wind. I had on black boots, like Eric's, and I too bore a blade, only mine was heavier, though not quite as long as his. I had my gloves on and they were silver and scaled. The clasp at my neck was cast in the form of a silver rose.

Turning, I saw him just beyond the threshold. About five feet in height, hunchbacked. His hair and beard were even longer than I remembered. Dworkin wore a nightshirt which reached to his ankles. He carried an oil lamp, his dark eyes peering across its sooty chimney.
        "Oberon ", he said, "is this finally time?"
        "What time is that?" I asked softly.
        He chuckled.
        "What other? Time to destroy the world, of course!"

Everyone achieved a 1st or 2nd rank in one of the attributes. I consider the auction a success.

Some of you may be able to best some of the elders of Amber! Be careful before you challenge Bleys to a duel, though. Hes known for his hot temper.

Note that Amber Level simply indicates that the player character isnt ranked. Their attribute is average for an Amberite. Ranking reflects the fact that the individual has trained and developed themselves to be one of the best.

NOW we need to get those character concepts in! What does an immortal do with their time when the universe is theirs to play in? Relationships with the Courts of Chaos are tense. There are hidden powers in the universe waiting to be discovered, and ancient enemies of the one, true world resurface

Dont try to create the ultimate character. They are less than 100 years old- possibly still within their human lifetimes. They havent had time yet to learn everything.

It seems that inspiration does not flow amongst some of my players. Alas. Real life sometimes interferes with gaming. My thanks to those who have contributed the beginnings of a great game.

I am considering moving the game over to Rpol.net - home to many Amber campaigns. We will no doubt be needing to do the auction over once again.
